Try-and-Buy

Extromatica Network Monitor is "Try-and-Buy". This means that you can evaluate the software for free. You are entitled to evaluate the software for up to 30 days without obligation to pay. After 30 days, if you decide to keep the software, you must register your copy for a small fee. Non-registered Extromatica Network Monitor is a "full-featured" release. This means that the same features available in the registered software are present in the non-registered software. This allows you to try out all the features in Extromatica Network Monitor to confirm that they work to your satisfaction. In fact, the non-registered software includes a bonus feature - the evaluation nag box. This is an added incentive for users to register the software rather than continue using it indefinitely without paying.

Brief license information

The license allows You to install and use the Software on any workstation or server in Your organization. You are allowed to monitor an unlimited number of computers/devices inside Your organization. You are also allowed to monitor an unlimited number of computers/devices in an unlimited number of other organizations. However, You are not allowed to install this software on more than 1 (one) computer/device inside or outside Your organization. You are not allowed to distribute the product as part of Your own software.

The license gives you

• free standard support (information on this site) for the lifetime of the product.
• free advanced support (via e-mail) for the 1 (one) year after ordering.
• free code updates until release next major version and significant discounts on next major version.

Ordering process

You can place order online (via Internet). Online payment can be done with Credit Card, PayPal, Wire Transfer, Check or Money Order. When you order online, your order is processed by Plimus, US E-Commerce provider, our online order processing agent.

Delivery

Extromatica uses ESD (Electronic Software Delivery) method for delivery. This means that the license information is delivered electronically by e-mail and no physical product is shipped.

The orders are usually processed within 48 hours. If you have not received the registration letter within this period (usually this happens because of antispam filters which block e-mail registration letters), please use our contact form to request the license.

Refund Policy

We grant a free 30-days trial period to potential purchasers so that you could evaluate software and fully understand its features and ease of handling. We advise you to try our product before purchasing it. If you have a genuine reason that you failed to discover something during the free 30-days trial period, please contact our Customer Support for a refund.
